We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort, enjoying a stunning view from our apartment by the waterway. The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped, making our time relaxing and comfortable. Although the restaurant service was a bit slow and the menu basic, the overall experience was fantastic, and we’d definitely love to return despite the distance from Rotorua that provided a peaceful escape.

We had an amazing week-long stay in a spacious, clean apartment with incredible views. The resort offers fantastic amenities like a lovely pool, spa, and various sporting facilities, making it a great choice for a family getaway. There was an issue with our washing machine, but the staff resolved it right away. The only downside was the wait at the restaurant during peak hours, but overall, it was a delightful experience worth every penny.

My stay was quite mixed. While the staff were extraordinary and the views were stunning, the cleanliness issues in the room and disappointing dining experience really brought the experience down. The location was serene but required a car to access nearby shops and restaurants, which can be inconvenient. Overall, I enjoyed certain aspects but felt it could use some improvements.
